Steam Inhalation : Add 1-2 drops of oil to a bowl of hot water, then cover your head with a towel, close your eyes and inhale the steam.

Aromatherapy diffusers : 3 to 5 drops of oil diluted in water.

Massage oil : dissolve 4 to 5 drops of oil in 10 ml of a basic oil, massage the body.

Bath : mix 5 drops of oil with 15 drops of a basic oil for one third of water in a standard bathtub.

Cosmetic Additions : Mix 2-5 drops of oil with 10-15ml of cream, lotion, soap, gel, shampoo.
