Want to return a recently received product or order? 📤

You have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days to take the necessary steps for the return upon receipt of your order.

However, for the return, the returned product(s) must comply with the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must never have been opened.
• You must bring your proof of purchase or order number.

In your email, please provide the following information:

• Surname and first name (the same as for the order).
• Your order number or your proof of purchase.
• The date of purchase of the product.
• The product you wish to return.
• A comment specifying that you wish to return the product/or the complete order to us by exercising your right of withdrawal as well as the reasons for this return.

📦 The shipping costs for the return remain your responsibility, unless we are the source of a delivery or order error. We will refund once the return package has been received and after it has been checked.

The refund is made on the same means of payment as when you ordered. We will process your request as soon as possible.

To note that :

• promotional items cannot be returned.
• Products cannot be exchanged for another product.
