All our packages are shipped between 24 and 48 hours after validation ofyour order outside the weekend. Upon shipment you will receive aemail with a tracking number. You can choose to make yourselfdeliver to your home or pick-up point.We only deliver to France for the moment.
We pay particular attention to the packaging and theprotection of all our parcels so that your reception is perfect.The delivery depends solely on our delivery service providers, it isdelivery delays may occasionally occur.
If you have not collected your package at the relay point withindeadlines, it will be returned to us and delivery costs will beask again to send it to you again.

If your package tracking does not work, your package has notbeen scanned yet but the tracking label has been edited.However, if you notice a malfunction, you cancontact our customer service which can inform you.
