We deliver for free from an order of ‚ā¨ 20 ! ūüď¶

All our packages are shipped between 24 and 48 hours after validation of your order outside the weekend. Upon shipment you will receive a email with a tracking number. You can choose to make yourself deliver to your home or pick-up point. We only deliver to France for the moment.

We pay particular attention to the packaging and the protection of all our parcels so that your reception is perfect. The delivery depends solely on our delivery service providers, it is delivery delays may occasionally occur.

If you have not collected your package at the relay point within deadlines, it will be returned to us and delivery costs will be ask again to send it to you again.

Please note: due to the Covid-19 health crisis and during certain peak periods, deliveries may fall behind.

If your package tracking does not work, your package has not been scanned yet but the tracking label has been edited. However, if you notice a malfunction, you can contact our customer service which can inform you.

You can follow your parcel at any time thanks to your tracking number or in your customer area.
